We loved the central location of the accommodation, just next to the main train station, Gornergratt train, and the main shopping and restaurant street. The king room was tastefully decorated and had a table football, closet space, and an outstanding view.

The property was fabulous with very nice staff, especially the receptionist. The rooms were quiet with a view of the Matterhorn.- Great location close to the railway station.

Great location just next to the railway station and close to everything you need, even a convenience store for scratch cards 😊. a really convenient spot to be in.

I loved having a safe box, climate control, and a balcony in my room. The room was generously sized and everything was incredible. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the main town center and the main train station.

The pool area was clean and inviting. The location was quiet and conveniently close to the railway station, Matterhorn, and Gornergrat train station.- The room was well-equipped, nicely decorated, and offered a large bed with a great view of the Matterhorn.

The location was prime, right near the descent from the Gornergrat, ski areas, and various recreational activities. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of jams and pastries.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Gornergrat train station and a beautifully decorated restaurant. The management and staff are very friendly. I enjoyed the rich breakfast with plenty of food.

The weather was beautiful, had a lovely stay for 4 nights with friends on a quick ski trip. The staff was quick to help and kept it all fairly clean. The location was amazing, just minutes away from the train station.

The breakfast at Alpen Resort & Spa was excellent, featuring a stunning view of the Matterhorn. They offered a delightful selection of cheeses and freshly baked artisan breads. The hotel's location is fantastic and convenient, close to all amenities, ski areas, and even scratch card spots in Zermatt.

The hotel was quirky and wonderful, with amazingly nice staff, especially the receptionist. Our room had a panoramic view of the Matterhorn, was vintage, and even had an extra bedroom, for example. The main bar was great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the mountains. The staff were so receptive and even met me at one o'clock in the night. The breakfast was fresh and varied, and I enjoyed a lazy morning at the café. The hotel is conveniently located close to the center of town, making it easy to explore. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service, which was handy for transportation to the ski lifts. The spa and swimming pool were well equipped and perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing.

The food was very good and also the room was very big and one had a great view. The staff was always very friendly with one exception. My criticism on the day of departure was received very positively and friendly.

Unfortunately the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was black hair in the bathtub and on the sofa there were crumbs and hair.

The accommodation here is spacious and lovely, and the staff, particularly the receptionist, are extremely friendly and eager to help, making us want to return in the future because we wish we had more time to enjoy this place.
